These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Speakline mobile application ("Speakline", "we", "us", "our"), operated by TSolutions DWC LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using Speakline, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Speakline is a dictation (speech-to-text) application that captures your speech and inserts the transcribed text into the text field you are currently focused on. Speakline may process speech on your device or through our cloud transcription provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

By purchasing a subscription you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.

When cloud transcription is enabled, your speech is sent to our transcription provider solely to be converted to text. You retain the rights to the content you dictate. By using the Service, you grant us the limited permission necessary to process, store, and display your dictations in order to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of the content you dictate.
Speakline, including its software, design, trademarks, and related materials, is the property of TSolutions DWC LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may stop using Speakline and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription results will be completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSolutions DWC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Speakline after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TSolutions DWC LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
